Biography
Catalina Rodriguez is Managing Director and Co-Head of the Andean Region based in Paladin’s Bogota office. Mrs. Rodriguez is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. She has 17 years of experience within the Real Estate Industry holding key leadership positions in international projects. She previously worked at Newland International Properties, Corp., as CEO for a 262,000 sqm mixed-used project in Panama City where the JW Marriot currently operates, at Arias Serna Saravia as CFO and at Prodesa as Director of Treasury. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University Externado de Colombia, and a postgraduate degree in Finance from Universidad de los Andes.
