Biography
Mr. Stamatiadis directs all Central America activities, including development, leasing and operations as well as the acquisitions business for the company throughout Latin America. During the past 4 years at LLP, Aris has developed and leased more than 150,000 sqm of Class A logistics facilities and has also acquired more than 50,000 sqm for the company, representing approximately US $150 Mn in investment activity. He is also leading a development and acquisition pipeline of more than 200,000 sqm regionally.
