Biography

Andrés oversees Paladin activities in the Andean Region (excluding Brazil) and is a member of the firm’s Investment and ESG Committees. He has 15 years of experience in real estate investment and development in the Andean Region. Prior to joining Paladin Realty in 2015, he was a Project Director for Constructora Conconcreto, one of the largest construction and real estate development companies in Colombia, where he was responsible for originating and developing multiple housing, shopping centers and office projects. Mr. earned a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the Univ. Nacional de Colombia and a distinguished Master's in Construction Management from the University of Birmingham, UK, along with a PMP certification from PMI.
