Biography
Yash has 15+ years of overall experience, with 13 years in real estate investing & asset management, during which he worked on transactions of over USD 600MM.
Prior to joining Welspun One, Yash was Principal at Proprium Capital Partners, with an AUM of c.USD 2BN (set up in 2013, as a result of restructuring in “MSREI” - Morgan Stanley’s RE Investment platform), where he was actively involved in setting up the India office, & was responsible for the asset management of the MSREI SSF III India portfolio and sourcing & execution of new deals.
He holds a PG diploma in Business Administration from the Welingkar, Mumbai, and a B.Engg (Electronics & Telecommunications) from Mumbai University.
