He has over 15 years of professional experience in financial due diligence (both buy side and vendor assistance), valuations and preparation and review of financial projections/business plans, etc. He was been involved in significant number of cross border transactions, both outbound (especially in the US and Europe) and inbound investments in India on behalf of both strategic and financial investors. He has demonstrated an in depth understanding of the keys to successfully serve the sophisticated requirements of financial and strategic buyers.
