Biography

An ardent perfectionist, Abhishek has developed himself into an affable leader. A visionary with a proven track record in starting and running successful ventures, he masters in the field of strategy, people management, innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership skills.

He is a Civil Engineer with masters in Construction Management. An alumnus of IIM Calcutta specializing in Finance and Marketing, he is also a fellow of Cornell University. His core strengths lies in areas of Strategy, Innovation, Growth, Leadership, Financial planning & deal making. He is Co-Founder of COVIE Ventures.

Having two decades of industry experience working with some of the global firms, Abhishek found his passion in development and project management.

“Covie”, co-founded in Jan 2020 is amongst the leading brands in the subcontinent in the area of Premium Student housing, Co-living, and Senior living in the subcontinent. The venture operates 1500 beds across India and is geared up toward a 10,000-bed expansion in the next 60 months.
