Biography
Stéphane is Director of Asset Management Logistics. He has 20 years of experience in real estate and a wide expertise in logistics and light industrial. Prior to joining STAM Europe in 2017, Stéphane spent 8 years at CBRE Global Investors (Formerly ING Reim). He started as Senior Asset Manager in logistics and offices and then became Head of Asset Management Logistics (France) and Portfolio Manager Logistics for two pan-European funds (EIF and LPFE). He was managing the French Logistics Asset Management team and was responsible for the disposal process. He was also actively involved in acquisitions. Previously, he spent 8.5 years at Foncière des Régions (Foncière Europe Logistique) as Asset Manager in Logistics and Light Industrial.
