Biography
Richard Spencer is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Principal Investments Area ("REPIA") of Goldman Sachs. He oversees REPIA's credit investing activities in Europe. Richard joined Goldman Sachs in 2009 and prior to joining REPIA became co-head of the Real Estate Financing Group in Investment Banking in 2011. Prior to Goldman Sachs Richard worked in the Principal Transactions Group at Morgan Stanley.
