Biography
Paco is the co-CEO and co-founder -with his brother Jaime- of a Spanish developer, investor & asset manager Conren Tramway. His background is in commercial and residential real estate in Spain. His responsabilities focus on business development, sourcing and structuring deal as well development and asset management where he leads a design and construction team of 25 people. His experience covers investing in commercial and residential developments, value add and core plus properties. He currently serves on the Board of AEO (Spanish Office Association) and ULI Spain.
Conren Tramway
We are a Spanish investor, developer and manager backed by a group of committed private and institutional investors, providing permanent capital for our different investment programmes: individual mandates, club deals and regulated funds. We started as office developers, and have evolved to cover all phases of investment, development and management of properties for offices, living and logistics assets, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona with a team of 50 employees.
