Biography
Michele Stella is Chief Executive Officer of Torre SGR since June 2018. Before joining Torre, he was CEO of Parsitalia Group, company involved in developing, building and marketing projects in the residential, management and sale areas under a financial restructuring process. From 2013 to 2015 he was Chief Operating Officer at Aedes S.p.A., company whose mission is the maintenance in the medium-long term of an income real estate portfolio with a commercial destination. Michele was Country Manager for IVG Immobilien AG., Managing Director of Statuto Fondi Immobiliari SGR and Director in Ernst&Young, Corporate Finance Real Estate dept. Since 2016 he is Adjunct Professor at the LUISS Business School teaching in the Real Estate Finance Master.
