Michał Stanisławski has over 11 years of experience in the real estate business. He started his career at Deutsche Bank, from where in 2008 he moved to join the Capital Markets/Investment Properties team at CBRE. While there, he was responsible for securing transactions, leading negotiation and due diligence processes, evaluating asset management strategies and project management. He specialised particularly in the institutional real estate investment market, with a special emphasis on direct core, core+ and value-add investors. In the course of his career at CBRE, Michał was involved in investment projects worth approx. EUR 10 billion – from individual assets through to transnational portfolios of numerous properties, and most recently in such transactions as Wars Sawa Junior, Plac Małachowskiego, Diamentum Office and Silesian Logistics Centre.
