Biography
As Executive Vice President, Europe, Matt Walker leads the property management teams in Europe and Latin America and is based in London. Matt’s respon­si­bil­i­ties range from pre-development consulting and development lease-up through stabilized property portfolio operations as well as collaboration with investment, development and asset management teams. Matt joined CA in 2014 and has held numerous positions at CA in the US and abroad, including an expat assignment in Colombia and now London. Prior to joining CA, Matt was with EdR (Greystar) for 8 years in various property management positions across the US. Matt earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
