Biography

Marty Savenius is the Founder and CEO of Activen Ltd, a co-investing active management firm. Marty has worked with leading investors, developers and retailers across North America, Europe and Asia. Currently he is an equity partner at Atlanta based Activen affiliate, which develops, owns and operates real estate together with Lincoln Property Company in Sun Belt USA. Previously Activen served The Blackstone Group as a local operating partner in Europe and Marty also lead a €4bn Blackstone REOC workout as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to that, he served H&M Hennes & Mauritz global leasing team in Asia. Marty started his investment career at Rockspring (now Patrizia AG), as Head of Nordic operations.
