Marco Plazzotta is the Head of RE Investments at Poste Vita, the life insurance company of Gruppo Poste Italiane leader in the Italian life insurance market. RE Investment is a newly created department, aiming to ensure the development of RE investment activities both direct and indirect, the management and monitoring of investments, in line with corporate strategies. Prior to joining Poste Vita, he worked for ten years at Allianz S.p.A. as Head of RE Asset Management. He was in charge of managing the whole RE portfolio of the Group in Italy and to oversee Southern European market and branches. He was also responsible for investment, portfolio and asset management activities. In addition he was Executive Vice President of CityLife spa.
