Biography
Mr. Timmins joined Hines in 1988. He currently serves as CEO of Hines Eurasia and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Timmins has developed, acquired and managed more than $7 billion of real estate in Europe and Asia. In recent years Mr. Timmins has been instrumental in leading Hines’ start-up and growth in a number of international markets including in Asia and Central and Eastern Europe as well as establishing and deploying development and acquisition funds totaling over $3.5 billion of equity capital. Mr. Timmins received a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
