Following Cromwell’s 2013 acquisition of GE Capital Real Estate Poland, Justyna was appointed as Head of Finance for CEE platform. Justyna manages corporate communications, accounting, budgeting, as well as internal and external finance reporting. She left Cromwell in 2018, joining Multi Corporation as Regional Finance Director. She returned to Cromwell in 2019. Justyna has thirteen years' experience in finance, working with multi-national teams across controllership, tax and strategic planning. Her diverse experience includes projects ranging from financial modelling and systems implementation to managing process.
