Biography
Josef Eim is responsible for business management, finance and investment management, finding business opportunities in the premium commercial real estate market and realization of these investments. Next to this he is responsible for business development as well for CMN’s strategy regarding financial markets, mostly in the area of investment funds. He studied at the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics, Administration of the Masaryk University as well at London School of Economics and Political Science. Previously, he worked as a Portfolio Manager, Member of the Investment Committee, Member of the Supervisory Board.

Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN) is a Real Estate Group specialized in long-term investments in commercial real estate. CMN invests mainly in commercial buildings in premium locations whose rental income is consistent and rather predictable.
