Biography
Primarily in charge of developing SOFIDY’s international investments and diversifying of asset classes into the hotel industry and tourism/leisure accommodation.
Prior to joining SOFIDY, Jean-François LE DREN, 45, held several positions within the ACCOR Group for 11 years, most recently as Head of Asset & Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance and Insurance in charge of Germany and Central European countries.
Previously, he worked as investment analyst at Natexis Finance and AXA Private Equity after starting his career in the automotive industry as a project engineer at PSA Peugeot Citroën.
Jean-François LE DREN holds a Master’s degree in Financial Techniques from ESSEC and an Engineering degree from ESTACA.
SOFIDY is the management company of several real estate investment funds mainly dedicated to retail and office properties. On behalf of small private investors as well as several institutional investors, SOFIDY manages assets located throughout Europe for a total asset value in excess of EUR 6 billion.
