Biography
Javier is a Partner at Proprium Capital Partners, L.P. where he is focused on leading new investments in Europe as well as overseeing management of the legacy SSF III European portfolio. Javier serves on the board of Monthisa Real Estate and on the advisory committee of the Casati Fund. Prior to joining Proprium, Javier worked for the real estate investment management platform of Deutsche Bank (formerly RREEF) since 2011 where he focused on analyzing new opportunities and managing the existing investments of the Global Opportunistic Fund II. As a member of the opportunistic team, Javier played a key role in the refinancing or restructuring of more than €1 billion in debt facilities and the acquisition of €500 million of assets.
