Established Heimstaden in Poland and led its development programme of 4.4k apartments in 5 cities. Now CEO of Cavatina International, responsible for growing its rental housing platform in Europe & the US. Cavatina International is part of Cavatina Group, one of the largest office & rental housing developers in Poland.
