Biography
Jan-Hendrik Walloch has joined ECE in 2008 and as Director Living is responsible for its residential real estate investment activities with a particular focus on the Build-to-Rent sector. Previously he was responsible for investment activities in the retail real estate segment with a focus on shopping centers as a Director Mergers & Acquisitions. He holds a degree in Business Administration and was working as a senior portfolio manager in the investment management team of Deutsche Genossenschafts-Hypothekenbank AG from 1999. In 2007 he joined Deutsche Industriebank AG as Director with responsibility for the commercial real estate structured finance portfolio.
