Fulvia joined Fabrica SGR in November 2019. Her role is to identify and develop long lasting relationships with International investors and partners, willing to join forces with Fabrica in the Italian real estate market. Prior to Fabrica, she has worked in the GRI Group for almost 6 years at the London HQ. At GRI she opened the Italian market in 2014, creating from scratch the Italian c-level network of GRI members, and launched the GRI Hospitality Club in 2018. She has a solid track-record in business development, strategic planning, C-level client relationship management and complex negotiations. She has an extensive network of qualified relationships in the Real Estate Investment sector worldwide.
