Biography
Freddie is a Deputy Fund Manager for the M&G UK Residential Property Fund. In conjunction with the Fund Manager responsible for the delivery of the Fund's objectives, performance and strategic direction.
Also responsible for investment in the living sector in the UK and Europe for M&G Real Estate including the sub-sectors of student accommodation (PBSA), build to rent (BTR), senior living and shared ownership, with a particular focus on BTR and PBSA.
Wide ranging experience across the spectrum of activities required for successful real estate investment and asset management, particularly asset origination, deal structuring and delivery. Led the transaction of deals totaling in excess of £1bn GDV during tenure at M&G Real Estate.
