Biography
Charles a débuté au sein du groupe Accor, en charge de projets en France et à l’international liés du déploiement de la stratégie d’efficacité énergétique et de gestion de ressource en eau. Il a ensuite pris la direction de la Gestion Technique chez Savills avant de rejoindre Union Investment. Il y a géré d’importantes opérations de restructuration et de VEFA (notamment Grand Central Paris Saint-Lazare et l’Hôtel Mélia Paris La Défense) ainsi que la valorisation d’un portefeuille paneuropéen d’immeubles tertiaires. Au fil des années, il a également pris en charge la stratégie et le déploiement opérationnel de solutions innovantes à valeur ajoutée sociale et environnementale sur le patrimoine d’Union Investment en France.
