Biography
Ben joined Blue Coast Capital in January 2022 to focus on value-add and opportunistic UK Acquisitions, having previously worked at Columbia Threadneedle where he was responsible for sourcing, analysing and transacting property investments across a number of pooled UK balanced funds and closed ended private equity vehicles, executing in excess of £1Bn of UK real estate transactions. Ben’s experience also includes asset management, with previous responsibility for managing a UK portfolio of assets, identifying asset value enhancement opportunities and realising these through building refurbishment, redevelopment, leasing and professional landlord and tenant matters. Ben also worked at Savills in both their West End and City offices.
