Biography
Andrew is Head of Liability-Aware Strategies and Affordable Housing for the CBRE UK Long Income Fund.
He has approximately 13 years of industry experience. Previously he served as an Investment Manager for a UK-based private property company, He also had prior roles at Aviva Investors, primarily focused on acquisitions and fund management for a range of long income funds. He was assistant fund manager on the REaLM suite of funds focused on income strips and latterly was the co-fund manager on the Lime Property Fund and the Fund Manager for the long income portfolio of the Aviva Staff Pension Scheme.
