Steven Mathieson is a Director with 10 years of experience in the Brazilian real estate market. Currently, he is responsible for deal sourcing, acquisitions, development and for the management of the industrial long term hold portfolio at Hines Brazil totaling 850,000m² of leasable area. He was directly involved in the development of Distribution Parks totaling 359,000m² of logistics and industrial space.
