Biography
Rossano Nonino se tornou sócio-fundador da Fator Reico em 2016, e atualmente, é o diretor executivo na Fator ORE Asset e Fator Reico, além de atuar como professor de Investimentos Imobiliários no Insper. Possui bacharel em administração de empresas pela FGV e MBA pela INSEAD (França).

Nonino ocupou os cargos de diretor executivo e sócio da Rio Bravo Investimentos, foi diretor do Santander Investments e auditor internacional no Grupo Saint Gobain. Além disso, foi chefe da área imobiliária do JP Morgan Brasil, desempenhou o papel de sócio responsável pelos investimentos imobiliários na Gávea Investimentos, de 2012 a 2016 e passou pela Brazilian Capital, atuando por uma década como diretor executivo.
