Biography
Rafael Birmann atua como incorporador imobiliário desde 1978, quando fundou a Birmann, tendo realizado projetos de edifícios de escritórios com significativo impacto no mercado imobiliário de São Paulo por sua qualidade e inovação. Atualmente, coordena a incorporação de um edifício de 50 mil m² de escritórios de altíssimo padrão na Avenida Faria Lima, em São Paulo, e de um projeto de urbanização em área de 16 milhões de m² em Brasília.
