Biography
Marcelo Conde é o fundador e presidente da STX Desenvolvimento Imobiliário. Foi diretor e superintendente da STA Arquitetura e fundador da LPC Construções, além de ter atuado como diretor do Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat e diretor do Sinaeco. Cursou Economia na PUC-RJ e possui mais de 30 anos de experiência no mercado imobiliário. Atuou no conselho de diversas empresas, como Hispamar e CHN.
