Biography
Leonardo Cunha é responsável pelas áreas de Novos Negócios, Incorporação e Desenvolvimento Imobiliário na Porto Real S.A. Graduado em Arquitetura e em Engenharia Civil, é pós-graduado em Engenharia do Meio Ambiente e tem MBA em Gestão de Negócios do Mercado Imobiliário, pela FGV, e em Finanças Corporativas, pela PUC-RJ. Com catorze anos de experiência no mercado imobiliário, atuou como gerente de incorporação em diversas empresas, desempenhando atividades como prospecção de novos negócios, criação de estratégias de vendas, análise de resultados e acompanhamento de aprovações e etapas executivas dos projetos.
