Frederico Youssef possui graduação em Engenharia Civil com ênfase em Produção pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, MBA em shoppings centers pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas e MBA em finanças corporativas pelo IBMEC.

Foi diretor da BRMALLS, partner na Argo Desenvolvimento e Gestão e atualmente é CEO - Diretor Presidente da Alqia. Frederico tem forte atuação na área de shoppings centers.
