Biography
Denis tem 18 anos de experiência profissional, sendo mais de 11 anos de experiência na indústria de shopping center, incluindo desenvolvimento, M&A, marketing, comercialização e operações. Antes da VBI, Denis era diretor de operações na REP, responsável por um portfólio de 5 shoppings centers e 12 strip malls. Antes disso, foi diretor de desenvolvimento e comercialização. Foi também gerente de desenvolvimento na BRMalls e responsável pela Joint Venture com a Simon Property Group para o desenvolvimento de outlets no Brasil. Denis começou sua carreira como engenheiro civil na Cyrela, e Gafisa. Graduado em engenharia civil pela Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado, tem M.B.A. na Fundação Getúlio Vargas e especialização em Wharton.
