Carla Ponzio, MRICS, Diretora com 25 anos de experiência no mercado imobiliário, background em coordenação de avaliações e pesquisas imobiliárias, estudos de mercado e de vocação para desenvolvimento de novos projetos, análise de viabilidade financeira para incorporação imobiliária e para estruturação de FII’s. Iniciou na CB Richard Ellis, e é formada e pós-graduada pela FAAP em Adm de Empresas e Negócios Imobiliários. No início de carreira, destaca-se Gerente de Consultoria na Bolsa de Imóveis de SP, a estruturação do data base de mercado de escritórios vendido à Jones Lang LaSalle. Após 15 anos na direção da Ponzio & Féo Consultores Imobiliários, atuou como diretora de avaliação na NAI Brasil e desde 2017, atua na área Comercial da Barzel
