Augusto Martins, Head of Real Estate funds at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo (CSHG). Has 18 years of professional experience, 11 of which dedicated to real estate investment funds. Joined the team in 2017 as manager of the office portfolio and head of the operations team for the division, coming from Rio Bravo Investimentos, where he was partner responsible for the real estate department. Has been an officer of CSHG since October 2017, is a portfolio manager authorized by the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM), and holds the Manager Certification (CGA) of the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Market Entities (Anbima).
