Penny is a Group Executive at Investa Property Group, one of Australia’s leading fully integrated commercial real estate companies, committed to helping Australian workplaces to thrive. Penny leads the Group’s Investment Management business with circa $10 billion of asset under management, including the Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF), Oxford Investa Property Partnership and a number of institutional mandates. Penny’s responsibilities also include Investa’s Corporate Sustainability and Research functions. Prior to her current role, Penny was Fund Manager of the Investa Office Fund (IOF), an ASX-listed real estate investment trust with $4.5 billion of assets under management prior to being privatised at the end of 2018.
