Civil Engineer by UFC, MBA in Project Management by FGV (RJ), he has wide experience in major infrastructure companies in the country, for the past 20 years he has been working in prospecting, operational management, development and structuring of infrastructure projects in various areas such as ports, highways, mining, industrial plants.
