Biography
Marco Aurélio Barcelos is Secretary of Infrastructure and Mobility of the State of Minas Gerais. Previously, he held the positions of Secretary of Articulation for Investments and Partnerships in the Investment Partnerships Program (PPI) of the Presidency of the Republic and of Legal Officer in São Paulo Business. He holds a PhD in State Law from USP, a Master's in Law (LL.M) from the University of London and a Master's in Administrative Law from UFMG. He was also a consultant for PPPs of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and director of the PPP Unit of the State Government of Minas Gerais.
