Luis has significant experience in corporate, finance and capital market law and has participated in significant M&A deals, banking transactions and projects structuring in Brazil, including construction and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, equity and debt offerings of Brazilian private issuers (both domestic and offshore) and in the Brazilian banking regulation sector, especially banking products, derivatives and regulatory aspects of foreign bank activities and investments in Brazil
