Biography
Fabio Russo has been serving as the Business Officer, responsible for CCR INFRA SP, since May 2019. He began his career at Grupo CCR in NovaDutra’s Engineering area in 1997 and later moved on to the Long-Term Financing Planning and Structuring. Between 2000 and 2009, he worked at the Project Finance of the Corporate Center, where he structured the financing of the concessionaire of Line 4 of the São Paulo Subway - ViaQuatro and CCR RodoAnel. From 2009 to 2012, he was the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer of São Carlos Empreendimentos e Participações S.A., a real estate company, and was an Officer of investees of BTG Pactual Private Equity. In 2013, he returned to Grupo CCR as New Business Superintendent.
CCR Group is one of Latin America’s largest infrastructure concession groups. In the road segment, it controls 3,265 kilometres of highways in four Brazilian states; it holds the concessions of lines 4 and recently won the auction to manage lines 5 and 17 of the São Paulo metro system. Responsible for the boat system and the VLT in Rio and the subway operation in Salvador. It operates in the airports of Quito (Ecuador), San Jose (Costa Rica), Curaçao and Belo Horizonte (Brazil).
