Long Term investments and Real Estate

GRI Club Members gathered in Milan last Thursday,16th of February, to discuss long term investments and real estate. The prominent group of 41 Italian senior executives - representing pension funds, insurance companies, SGRs, developers and banks - enjoyed a networking ‘aperitivo’ before starting the debate.
GRI Club members used this opportunity to discuss the current situation of institutional investments in Real Estate, investment strategies and effectiveness of investment vehicles, where the best opportunities are in terms of asset classes and locations... The debate was moderated by Luca Giacomelli (CEO, Serenissima Sgr) and Fulvia D’Ippolito (Director for Italia, GRI Club).

As per GRI style, there were no presentations or speeches to prepare in advance. It was an informal and intimate occasion for exchanging thoughts and viewpoints.
