GRI Residential Europe 201927th - 28th November, London

Overview

Now in its 3rd year, GRI Residential Europe returns to unite Private Developers, Global Operators, REITs, Local Authorities, Debt Lenders, Private Equity and Institutional Investors for a series of collegial discussions to understand where the market is going to identify like minded peers in order to build relationships and business deals.

Under the theme of what’s stopping the scale up of build to rent residential becoming a Europe wide, institutionally recognised asset class, discussions will touch upon strategies for multifamily, student housing, care homes, lifestyle trends, JV’s and co-investing, price points, regional hotspots, counter cyclical trends and such others across all European markets.
