Biography:
Vincent Mahé graduated from the French Ecole Normale supérieure and Ecole Nationale d’Administration, and was a student in economics in Cambridge (Trinity College) and Princeton (Woodrow Wilson School). A member of the French Conseil d’Etat, Vincent was an advisor to French President Jacques Chirac (2002-2005) and served as chief of staff of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health (2005-2007). After 4 years as an investment banker at BNP Paribas, he joined the SNI Group in 2012 as General counsel and Head of Asset management.

Richard is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 15 years experience in the industry. In 2001, joined Cushman & Wakefield, predominantly working in the Syndicated Funding Team structuring and funding development and investments in the UK and Europe on behalf of retained investors including his now Partner John Dunkerley. In 2006, Richard joined John at fund manager BPIM working on the UK and European Funds. The later grew from €25m-€270m over a two year period. In March 2008 Richard co-founded Apache Capital Partners Ltd with John. Richard is Managing Director and responsible for the UK business, team and strategies, the portfolio, performance, business development and investor relations.

Mr. Jones joined Apollo in 2010 and is a Principal in the European Principal Finance (EPF) group. He is primarily responsible for the sourcing and execution of European real estate investments and non-performing loan portfolios, with a particular focus on Northern and Western Europe. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Jones was a member of Citigroup’s real estate private equity team where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing and financing transactions for a number of European opportunistic and core plus funds. Mr. Jones started his career at Curzon Global Partners / AEW Europe. Mr. Jones holds an M.A. in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.

Michael Voges is the Executive Director of the Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO), the representative body for housing-with-care providers for older people in the UK. Michael set up ARCO on behalf of its founding members in 2012, and was appointed as ARCO’s first Executive Director in August 2013. ARCO’s work is focused on tackling issues around regulation and policy, public awareness and supply of high quality retirement communities. Michael was a public sector consultant for 6 years, having previously worked as a journalist in Germany. He holds a BA in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University, and an MSc in Comparative Social Policy from Oxford University.
