Alfredo es Presidente y cofundador de Terranum Corporativo. Entre 2011 y 2013 Alfredo se desempeñó como VP de Terranum en donde ejerció un papel fundamental en la definición e implementación del plan de inversión la estrategia de la compañía así como en la estructura de capital la estrategia corporativa y de gobierno corporativo. Adicionalmente participó en la fase inicial de la estructuración de Patrimonio Estrategias Inmobiliarias primer vehículo de inversión inmobiliaria (REIT) en el mercado colombiano creado y gestionado por Terranum Inversión.
Así mismo participó en la estructuración de la alianza estratégica con la familia Santo Domingo y en el joint venture con Equity International y Cadillac Fairview para Terranum Corporativo. Mr. Rizo is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Terranum Corporate Properties (TCP). Prior to his current position Mr. Rizo was the Corporate Vice-President of Terranum where he played a critical role in the definition and implementation of the investment planning and strategy as well as the definition of the capital structure the corporate strategy and the corporate governance.
Thomas McDonald is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Jaguar Growth Partners. Headquartered in New York and with offices in Sao Paolo and Mexico City, Jaguar is a privately-held investment management firm specializing in real estate private equity in growth markets globally. Founded in 2013 with Gary Garrabrant, Jaguar invests in and develops scalable real estate-related operating platforms and companies poised to grow in emerging economies. The Firm invests through managed funds including Jaguar Real Estate Partners, exclusively focused in Latin America. Mr. McDonald is currently a Director of the Advisory Board of Jaguar Growth Partners and a director of Hoteles City Express (BMV: HCITY), Vesta (BMV: VESTA), Aliansce Shopping Centers (BZ: ALSC3) and Latam Logistics Properties. He was previously was a Director of Gafisa (NYSE: GFA), BR Malls (BZ: BRML3), Tenda (BZ: TNDA3), Parque Arauco (SNSE: PARAUCO), Crédito Imobilario, AGV Logistics, Bracor, NH Hoteles Latinamericana and Brazilian Finance and Real Estate. From 1999-2012, Mr. McDonald was Chief Strategic Officer of Equity International. He played a leading role in developing its collaborative, partner-oriented investment style through the establishment, building and optimization of relationships, as well as coordination of investments and portfolio management activities. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. McDonald was Executive Vice President of Anixter International (NYSE: AXE) responsible for global sales. From 1993-1997 Mr. McDonald resided in Argentina and was responsible for establishing operating businesses for Anixter in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela and Colombia.
Daniel Morante es el Director de Desarrollo de Negocio del Grupo Acerta en Colombia, donde es responsable de la contratación, estructuración y desarrollo de proyectos inmobiliarios, con responsabilidad en la incursión del Grupo en países como Perú, Uruguay y Argentina. Es Licenciado en Economía por la Universidad de Zaragoza y posee un Master en Dirección Inmobiliaria y Financiera en el COAM – Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid.
Leonardo Di Mauro es head de real estate para América Latina de GRI Club, que reúne los principales players inmobiliarios y de infraestructura en más de 20 países. Lidera la división de Mercado Inmobiliario del club en Latinoamérica, incluyendo conferencias y actividades exclusivas a miembros actuantes de los segmentos residencial, de loteamientos, centros comerciales, comercio minorista, hoteles, oficinas, industrial y logística en México, Colombia, Argentina, Chile y Perú.
Posee una extensa red de relacionamientos y una significativa experiencia en las industrias inmobiliaria y de telecomunicaciones latinoamericanas. Es ingeniero civil y posee MBA Ejecutivo por FGV, además de postgrado en Gestión de Proyectos.
Talita Quirino is a GRI Global Club Director working with Real Estate, Infrastructure and Retail companies in relationship strategies and brand positioning. Journalist and lawyer, she is specialist in Politics and International Relations at FESP. After 10 years in the market, she worked in the communication departments in Public Security Department from São Paulo, France Embassy in Brazil, S2Publicom Weber Shandwick and McDonald's. In the event market, she was project manager at Informa Group for two years and GS&MD's sponsorship manager.
