PRS, Co-Living & Micro-Living - Scalable or Too Much Red Tape?

A new breed of built to rent assets

Many London-based investors and developers are backing build to rent due to strong tenant demand, secure income and innovative models of delivery that improve yields.

Co-living and micro living aren’t just buzzwords anymore, but attractive asset classes. Yet some think the government is failing to recognise their importance in addressing the housing crisis.

GRI club members in conversation with London’s key resi policy makers will discuss what is needed from planning, investment and delivery to advance and foster this new breed of private-rented accommodation.
