La 1ère réunion GRI Club France a réuni 12 personnalités de premier plan du secteur de l'immobilier Français en tant que membres de son Advisory board. L’objectif de cette réunion était d’établir la direction stratégique du Club aussi bien sur le contenu que sur ses membres pour les 12 prochains mois.

La réunion du GRI Club France a eu lieu le matin du GRI France & Europe (14 septembre 2016) à l'hôtel Intercontinental Paris Le Grand.

L’objectif du Club pour les prochains mois:

  • Des rencontres avec les responsables de campagne des potentiels candidats à la présidentielle afin qu’ils puissent prendre en considération les attentes de l’industrie de l’immobilier commercial
  • Des rencontres avec des investisseurs étrangers (Moyen-Orient/ Asie/ USA) dans le but de promouvoir l’investissement en France
  • Des réunions avec des invités spéciaux afin d'apporter un autre point de vue aux échanges et aller à la rencontre des personnalités qui font l’immobilier de demain
  • Des réunions sur les problématiques que rencontre le marché Français.
Le Club

Le GRI Club est une organisation regroupant les plus hauts dirigeants internationaux et locaux des sociétés d’investissement, banques et promoteurs immobiliers afin consolider leurs relations et rencontrer de nouveaux partenaires d’affaires.

Jean-Philippe Olgiati, Managing Director EMEA, is a member of the Real Estate team at BlackRock. He is responsible for acquisitions, financing and asset and development management for the different real estate opportunities sourced in France, Nordics, Germany, UK and Italy as well as assets already under management for BlackRock. Prior to joining MGPA, Mr. Olgiati worked for Bouygues Construction, where he led a development team focusing on refurbishment of the Greater Paris region and managed feasibility studies worth more than €1 billion on behalf of opportunistic funds for acquisition with potential redevelopment. Mr. Olgiati earned a MS degree in engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) in 2003.

Prior to joining the real estate sector, Tania started its career in the high-tech sector with the Japanese-American group Senko in Boston (USA). When she moved to Paris in 2003, she joined Renta Corporacion, a listed property company. With Renta as Managing Director, she was in charge of acquisitions and asset management for the French, English and German markets.

Vincent MAHE graduated from the French Ecole Normale supérieure and Ecole Nationale d’Administration, and was a student in economics in Cambridge (Trinity College) and Princeton (Woodrow Wilson School). A member of the French Conseil d’Etat, Vincent was an advisor to French President Jacques Chirac (2002-2005) and served as chief of staff of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health (2005-2007). After 4 years as an investment banker at BNP Paribas, he joined the SNI Group in 2012 as General counsel and Head of Asset management.
