Prior to co-founding PAMERA in 2010 (before its acquisition by Cornerstone/Barings in July, 2014), Gunther Deutsch was owner of Metis Asset Management GmbH which he founded in 2004. Previous to that, he spent 13 years in senior positions with various major companies including serving as a director of a holding company owned by Deutsche Bank (RREEF) and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Munich, Berlin and New York where he was responsible for placing German sourced investment into the USA.
Daniel Dejanovic

Mr. Dejanovic joined Cerberus in June 2006. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Dejanovic worked in the corporate finance arm of Ernst & Young in their London business modeling and valuation team from 2005 to 2006. From 2004 to 2005 Mr. Dejanovic worked for the Australian subsidiary of China Light and Power (CLP) in Business Development and Project Finance. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Dejanovic worked for the Australian subsidiary of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited and Hong Kong Electric Holdings Limited in various roles across Corporate Treasury, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Commercial Analysis.
Christopher Zeuner

As the Head of Europe, Chris is responsible for managing Amstar’s existing €900 million portfolio in Europe and growing the firm’s European platform. Most recently, Mr. Zeuner was head of LaSalle Investment Management’s Central European business, where he executed upon all of LaSalle’s €300 million of transactions in the region since 2012. In addition, Mr. Zeuner was also Head of Acquisitions at LaSalle for Northern, Central and Southern Europe. Prior to LaSalle, he was Managing Director at JER Partners, a US-based real estate private equity group that was sold to LaSalle in 2012. Before JER, he was head of CEE acquisitions and business development at GE Real Estate where he acquired more than €1.4 billion of investments throughout CEE
Michel Vauclair

In February 2010, Daniel was awarded Professional of the Year at the CEE Retail Awards. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Anderson and holds a degree in history from the University of Leeds.

Before joining Blackstone, he spent five years at Oaktree Capital Management as a Senior Vice President, focusing on the acquisition and asset management of RE equity and distressed debt investment opportunities in the UK and Europe. Prior to that, he worked in Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Special Situations Group as a Vice President focused on acquisition of RE NPL portfolios and origination of high yield loans in the US and the UK. Mr. Mackenzie received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, as well as a BA in Economic History from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude.

Over the last ten years, he has completed real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of £8 billion in the form of equity, senior, mezzanine, distressed debt and structured finance transactions.

Through OHL Desarrollos, he is co-investor and developer of the Canalejas Project, one of the largest hotel and RE projects in Spain. The project covers over 70,000sqm, which will be transformed into the first Four Seasons hotel in Spain, 30 branded residences, an exclusive shopping centre and car park. In addition, in December 2015 OHL Desarrollos acquired, in consortium with co-investor, the 250-year leasehold of the Old War Office, 57 Whitehall in London, former Ministry of War of Great Britain during the I and II World War. The asset will be re-developed into a high-end international hotel with branded residences.
