Daniel Buaron is Chairman of First Atlantic Real Estate (FARE), re-founded by him in 2014, two years after the sale of FARE Group to the DeAgostini Group. In 2005, he founded FARE SGR which became the leading Italian RE fund management firm after the merger with FIMIT SGR (2011) with over 10 billion of AuM. Prior to joining LaSalle, Chris was with JER Partners. LaSalle acquired the European platform of JER in 2012. Previously, Chris established GE Real Estate’s Polish office and was head of GE Real Estate's origination and business development teams in the CEE region, including Turkey, where he closed over EUR 1.5 Bn of transactions. Michel has four decades of experience in the financial and RE industries, focused on the banking and hotel sectors, private equity and debt restructuring. Over his career, Mr. Beltran has intervened in the completion of more than $20 billion in European transactions, including a wide spectrum of equity and mezzanine investments and direct lending transactions. He holds a PDG degree from IESE Business School and graduated from CUNEF with a BD in Business Administrations & Finance.

Henri Alster is the Chairman of the GRI. He previously worked for 25 years as a real estate investment banker, advising or partnering with the likes of Exxon, Whitehall, KLM pension funds, Forest City Enterprises and others across the USA and Europe. He also ran his own investment boutique.

Mr. Alster led Citicorp’s early real estate investment banking efforts in Europe between 1988 and 1994, closing Europe’s two largest land deals on behalf of Exxon and Pechiney.

A Columbia B-School MBA (‘74), Henri is an undergraduate Technion (Israel) Industrial Engineer (‘72). 

He is fluent in English, French, German, Dutch and Hebrew, has lived in New York, Paris, London, Brussels and Tel-Aviv and has worked and travelled extensively throughout the Americas, Asia and Europe.

He graduated with a 1st class degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Cambridge University. He began his career as a strategy consultant and has been a real estate investor for over twenty years.

Christopher Zeuner joined LaSalle in 2012 and head the CEE business. Additionally he is responsible for all acquisitions in Netherlands, Nordics, Italy and Spain, focused on driving growth in LaSalle’s business throughout Northern, Central and Southern Europe through investing LaSalle’s funds and working along-side selected strategic real estate partners. Prior to joining LaSalle, Chris was with JER Partners. LaSalle acquired the European platform of JER in 2012. Previously, Chris established GE Real Estate’s Polish office and was head of GE Real Estate's origination and business development teams in the CEE region, including Turkey, where he closed over EUR 1.5 Bn of transactions. Before GE, was head of C&W's capital markets team Poland.
