Global investments in Germany

Germany’s real estate markets have seen a surge of capital from UK institutional, opportunistic and value add investors this year. Furthermore, evidence suggests there is no slow down for 2019. However with rising rental values, interest rates, Merkel’s soon to be vacant iron throne and no end in sight to the long and aged cycle, we might ask ourselves, how safe is Germany really for global investors?

Hosted by GRI Club Germany, in London, our members will gather to debate the most pressing headlines of where to invest in Germany, who’s in and who’s out in terms of global players and of course to forge new business friendships that might satisfy their 2019 buy/sell strategies.

A Christmas drinks reception will follow the discussion, allowing members further time to network and reflect.

Prior to joining Orion in 2014, Mr. Fritz served as Investment Manager with Resolution Property from 2008 to 2014 where he worked on acquisitions and value-added initiatives on portfolio assets in Poland, Denmark and Germany. Prior to joining Resolution Property, Mr. Fritz was an associate for the real estate group in the London office of Lehman Brothers from 2005 through 2008. Mr. Fritz is a native German and English speaker and holds First class honours degree in International Business with French from Warwick Business School.
