Club MeetingMunich, 4th December

Opportunities in Munich

The Deutschland GRI club meetings are gatherings of our club members, comprising of senior international and local real estate investors, lenders and developers active in Germany and Europe.

Judged on transaction size and liquidity, Munich is one of Germany’s most important real estate locations. Due to increasing urbanisation and a strong economy, Munich real estate presents excellent opportunities for both local and international investors.

County Commissioner of Munich Christoph Göbel will join members in the discussion. Prior to becoming County Commissioner in 2014, Christoph Göbel was the Mayor of Gräfeling since 2003. He is a member of the CSU.

Discussion will focus on:

  • Which asset classes and districts are presenting the best opportunities
  • Munich rents rises vs. property price growth - How much does correlation matter?
  • Projects in the pipeline and recent transaction activity
